  • Traffic fines and any violation charges incurred during the rental period will be the customer’s responsibility. In the event of an accident where the customer is found at fault, an insurance excess will apply.
  • A valid police report is required to process any vehicle replacement following an accident.
  • In case of an accident, the vehicle will be replaced with another available car, subject to availability.
